This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Spades Sales Engine (spades-sales.io) website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

Spades Sales Engine is operated by Elioud B.V. and ideas in Spades B.V., both part of Spades Holding, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The engine and platform are built by ideas in Spades; Elioud is the commercial advisory company of founder Jan van Schuppen; Spades Holding is the group holding that owns and oversees the data systems used across the group. The data controllers for personal data collected through this site are Elioud B.V. and ideas in Spades B.V., acting under group-wide oversight and in strict compliance with Dutch and European law, including the GDPR. What we collect and why

Newsletter signup: your email address and, optionally, your name — used only to send you what you signed up for, based on your consent. Contact messages: your name, email address, message contents, and optionally your company — used to read and reply to your enquiry. Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address) to keep the site running and secure; we do not use them to profile visitors.

How long we keep it

Newsletter details are kept while you are subscribed. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted. Technical logs are rotated out after a short period.

Who processes it on our behalf

We use a small number of trusted, European-friendly providers bound by data-processing agreements, including Brevo for newsletter delivery and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies and does not use cross-site tracking; only strictly necessary cookies keep the site working.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any right, email support@ideasinspades.com.
