These terms govern your use of the Spades Sales Engine website (spades-sales.io). Spades Sales Engine is operated by Elioud B.V. and ideas in Spades B.V., both part of Spades Holding, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The engine and platform are built by ideas in Spades; Elioud is the commercial advisory company of founder Jan van Schuppen; Spades Holding is the group holding that owns and oversees the data systems used across the group.

How we treat your data

We collect only what we need: contact details when you write to us and newsletter details when you subscribe. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Because we operate from the European Union, we follow the GDPR; the Privacy Policy goes into more detail.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to break or probe its security, reverse engineer it, or pass off our work as your own. The text, images, video, branding and code on this site belong to Elioud B.V. and ideas in Spades B.V., as part of Spades Holding, unless we say otherwise.
